Plan B Climatech is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its healthcare practice in Atlanta, GA. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office) and leads hospital projects from concept design through construction, guiding the electrical team and mentoring engineers.

You'll be the main technical and client-facing lead, coordinating with in-house MEP disciplines and other teams to deliver successful projects while growing the department and maintaining exceptional client

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • PE license (Ideally).
  • 7+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing projects.
  • Strong electrical design expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare projects of all sizes, from concept design to completion of construction
  • Be the main technical and client-facing lead, managing relationships, the project team and the schedule
  • Supervise the electrical staff's day-to-day work
