The Important Roles You Will Play:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project proposals and fee estimates.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Engineering Design and Production:

• Perform electrical engineering design calculations, analysis, and modeling.
• Develop construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed design plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Mentorship and Training:

• Provide on-the-job training and support to junior team members.
• Share your expertise and knowledge to foster the growth of others.

Quality Assurance:

• Certify and professionally seal project work.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables.

Business Development:

• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the consulting industry.
• A strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
• An Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• PE License is preferred.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for sustainable design.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
