Design and manage electrical systems, including distribution, backup power, lighting, grounding, and communications
Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and peer reviews
Perform system studies such as load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash analyses
Review vendor drawings and submittals, oversee installations, and ensure successful commissioning
Work collaboratively with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural teams
Contribute to project planning, cost management, and risk assessments
Support business development and proposal efforts with technical insight
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare, mission-critical, or commercial building projects
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and electrical design/calculation tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, multitask, and build trust across teams
