Network Building + Consulting is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design across EV charging, utility, renewable energy, and telecom projects. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality electrical designs and ensure adherence to standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, supervise design deliverables, and help drive efficient, innovative solutions while maintaining NB+C templates and quality controls across projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• EIT/PE preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency with electrical engineering software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, CYME, CYMCAP, PowerWorld, XGSLab, CDEGS, PLS-CADD).
• AutoCAD or Microstation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking for complex designs.
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
• Exceptional organization and time management.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality analysis and QC for engineering design drawings, construction drawings, cost estimates and other documents.
• Designs per NEC, NESC, NFPA 780, IEEE standards and client/ jurisdiction rules.
• Perform engineering site surveys and coordinate with field crews.
• Electric utility coordination for new service installations and upgrades.
• Complete and review detailed power distribution designs for LV/MV systems including single/three-line diagrams, protection, wiring, load analysis, relay schemes, duct banks, short-circuit studies, arc flash, equipment specs, UPS, batteries, and EV/BESS/PV/microgrid designs.
• Interact with internal teams to expedite project completion and approvals.
• Maintain NB+C standards and templates; ensure constructability.
• Provide guidance and training to junior engineers; collaborate with Design Team Leads to address performance issues; support daily operations.
