Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Working knowledge of electrical system design and analysis.
• Proficiency with electrical design and modeling software.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Travel willingness for site visits (10–25%).

Responsibilities

• Signing and sealing engineering documents as applicable.
• Designs solar, energy storage, fuel cell, and CHP plants with guidance from senior engineers.
• Analyzes electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, controls).
• Performs calculations for interconnects, arc flash, short-circuit studies.
• Prepares calculations, drawings, and specifications under standards.
• Conducts site visits and data collection; may coordinate 3D laser scanning.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and supports procurement.
• Works under general supervision; escalates complex issues to seniors.
