Job summary

CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design and oversee electrical systems for multiple project types in a fast-growing firm.

The role focuses on power distribution, lighting, LV systems, UPS, and fire alarm coordination, with onsite work at the Louisville office.

Candidates should have a BS in Electrical Engineering, strong project management, and proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD; healthcare, education, and commercial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MEP design and consulting engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience in internal and external project management.
• Experience with MEP design and specifications and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide design and construction projects internally and with clients/contractors.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to staff engineers.
• Prepare, read, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Stamp drawings, prepare affidavits, etc.
• Interact with owners, clients, architects, and contractors; lead meetings.
