Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with electromagnetics focus.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end systems engineering on large/complex projects.
• Experience with missile/defense systems or high‑speed flight preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; briefing leadership/customers.
• U.S. citizenship; DoD TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of specialty engineering disciplines across programs.
• Support program schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system lifecycle performance.
• Provide expertise in Nuclear Hardness, EMI/EMC, and Human Systems Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with requirements and company processes.
• Translate military standards into rigorous hardware requirements.
