Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, Mission Critical, or data center projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and critical power infrastructure
  • Experience with commissioning, startup, testing, and electrical system turnover
  • Knowledge of construction processes, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
  • Experience reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and technical specifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review electrical systems and provide technical recommendations during design and construction
  • Develop electrical estimates, budgets, and preconstruction support documentation
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and equipment vendors
  • Support constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives
  • Participate in electrical equipment procurement and scope development
  • Conduct field inspections and support quality assurance and quality control efforts
  • Lead commissioning activities, functional testing, and project turnover processes
  • Provide electrical sequencing and scheduling input to support successful project delivery
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities

What You'll Be Doing
