Job summary

Rogers Electric invites a skilled Electrical Energy Marshal to oversee energized commissioning phases at construction sites across the United States. You will ensure safety, compliance with NFPA 70E, and coordination among construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

In this role, you’ll oversee phased energization, lead safety training, manage schedules, and verify inspections while collaborating with project stakeholders and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Requires NFPA 70E certification and 10+ years in electrical construction, commissioning, or facilities operations.
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams and construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills; willing to lead field teams and safety training.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office; travel and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee phased energization of all electrical systems.
• Coordinate energization activities across construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Enforce LOTO procedures and NFPA 70E compliance.
• Maintain energization schedule and lead daily coordination meetings.
• Verify panels and switchgear are inspected and tested before energization.
• Collaborate with Safety and QA/QC to maintain standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project management.
