Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Energy Marshal to lead on-site energization/de-energization activities for a data center project. You will govern LOTO, coordinate with commissioning teams and contractors, and ensure compliance with Energy Control Program and NFPA 70E.

Role requires 10+ years of electrical safety or commissioning experience, an electrical engineering degree, journeyman license, and NETA certification. Travel ~80% and flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree, journeyman license and NETA certification are required.
• Experience in electrical safety or commissioning is expected.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage energy-related permits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all energy management duties for the project.
• Approve energy-permit changes with review by owners and engineers.
• Ensure MOPs and SBS steps are correct before work begins.
• Coordinate with utility, substation contractors, owner, and partners during energization.
• Verify LOTO program is in place and training is conducted.
• Maintain controlled access for energized rooms and ensure qualified personnel are designated.
• Ensure accurate single-lines and track work progress.
• Validate all processes before start‑up, switching, or commissioning activities.
• Report deficiencies or incidents to stakeholders promptly.
• Conduct regular energy-management training assessments.
