Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Test Solutions Team to design, develop, and integrate advanced test equipment and interfaces.

You will mentor 3–5 team members, create schematics and test stations, and ensure on-time delivery. A STEM degree with 5+ years of experience and an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in electrical engineering including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Proficiency with electrical design and schematic interpretation using Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Experience with commercial off‑the‑shelf test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics using tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Experience with commercial off‑the‑shelf test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).
• Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience.
• Bidding, proposal, and technical writing experience.
• Experience developing and implementing programming languages (software).
• Designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed‑signal, and electrical system interconnect.
• Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: USD 86,800 – 165,200.
