Job summary

This onsite role requires hands-on panel design, PLC/HMI programming, vendor coordination, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring project scope, budget, and timelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in EE/EE Tech/CE, 10–15 years' experience, CAD/AutoCAD proficiency, and a PE license is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or Computer Engineering.
• 10–15 years of related work experience.
• Professional Engineer license desired.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels and systems to meet project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate fabrication and testing of control panels.
• Develop PLC and HMI applications per project specifications.
• Lead multiple large projects with adherence to budget and schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Perform field startups and on-site support.
