Job summary

You will work across panel design, hardware selection, PLC/HMI programming, and field start-ups, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment. The role requires leading teams, mentoring others, coordinating with vendors and end users, and providing technical guidance in relay and PLC-based control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of related work experience.
• Professional Engineer license desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels and systems per specs.
• Coordinate with panel production personnel for fabrication.
• Develop PLC and HMI applications across platforms.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure project quality, schedule and budget adherence.
