You will provide field leadership, oversee foremen and electricians, and coordinate with PMs, clients, and vendors to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

This role requires extensive experience in commercial electrical construction and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction, especially data centers.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews and field leaders.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership for large electrical construction projects.
• Oversee General Foremen, foremen, electricians, and field personnel.
• Develop manpower plans, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and schedule.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to keep projects moving.
• Ensure safe, efficient execution per plans and codes.
• Promote a strong safety culture on all sites.
• Mentor field leadership and develop the next generation.
• Participate in planning, forecasting, and coordination meetings.
• Help ensure successful project delivery from mobilization to completion.
