Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial electrical construction, specifically data centers.
• Proven leadership experience as a General Foreman, Foreman, or similar electrical construction role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining a positive, professional jobsite environment.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, data center, or mission-critical projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Coordinate with General Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to electricians and apprentices.
• Monitor jobsite productivity and help identify and resolve issues in the field.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and project safety requirements.
• Support project scheduling, planning, and overall successful project execution.
