You will oversee safety, schedule, and quality, coordinating with multiple trades to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial or industrial electrical construction with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Expert knowledge of the NEC and OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to interpret and execute complex blueprints, one-line diagrams, and technical construction documents
• Experience leading large crews and coordinating with multiple trades nationwide
• Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to nationwide travel

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and in alignment with quality standards
• Oversee on-site execution of commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical projects
• Coordinate with multiple trades to avoid delays and ensure efficient progress
