Job summary

Jobot seeks a General Superintendent to provide field leadership for multiple electrical construction projects in Arizona. You will oversee project execution, workforce management, safety, scheduling, and client satisfaction, partnering with PMs and executives.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of electrical construction leadership, experience with large commercial/industrial projects, and a track record mentoring field teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction leadership experience.
• Experience as a General Superintendent or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience leading large commercial/industrial electrical projects.
• Ability to mentor field leaders and develop teams.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project execution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple electrical construction projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Drive safety, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate manpower planning and workforce allocation across projects.
• Monitor schedules, labor performance, and field operations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Build relationships with owners, GC's, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards, contract requirements, and codes.
• Engage in planning, constructability reviews, logistics, and execution strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement throughout field operations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of field talent.
