Job summary

Tempe, AZ-based electrical contractor seeks a General Superintendent – Electrical Construction to lead major commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. The role offers 100% employee ownership (ESOP) and pays $60–$75 per hour with overtime and a strong benefits package.

You will oversee large crews, coordinate with PMs and clients, and drive safety and quality across challenging data-center projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction, including data centers.
• Proven track record in senior field leadership roles (General/Senior Superintendent).
• Strong knowledge of large-scale electrical construction, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for large electrical construction projects.
• Oversee field personnel including foremen and electricians.
• Develop manpower plans, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with PMs, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to keep projects moving.
• Ensure work is safe and compliant with plans, specs, and codes.
• Mentor junior leadership and participate in planning and coordination meetings.
