Qualifications

• 6+ years of field experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, specs and submittals.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving across trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foremen and field teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with PMs, VDC, and prefabrication to ensure timely execution.
