Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the Electrical construction discipline on our projects. You will plan and supervise activities, determine methods, safety requirements, and schedule, while coordinating with crafts, departments and subcontractors.

The role requires 6+ years in similar facilities, supervisory experience, and a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent. Strong communication and cost-control knowledge are essential, as is ability to lead large

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in similar facility construction.
• 1+ years' experience supervising craft employees.
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling cost control.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise work activities; determine method, safety, manpower, materials and schedule.
• Coordinate work with crafts, departments and other contractors.
• Maintain liaison with safety, engineering, estimating and planning for compliance.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and safety issues as required.
• Conduct field safety audits and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
