Matrix Service Company in Tulsa is seeking a Superintendent to oversee electrical construction crews and ensure project safety, quality and schedule adherence. You will plan activities, coordinate with crafts, and manage resources on complex facilities.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in similar facilities, an engineering background, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive productivity while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a similar facility, including construction technology, methods, equipment, and procedures.
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to supervise large groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction activities, determining methods, safety, manpower, materials and schedules.
• Coordinate work across crafts, departments and contractors.
• Maintain safety policy compliance and document corrective actions.
• Liaise with safety, engineering, estimating and planning.
• Conduct field safety audits and incident investigations.
• Ensure availability of materials, equipment and inspections to meet schedules.
