Matrix Service Company is seeking a Superintendent to supervise craft employees assigned to the Electrical construction discipline work area. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate activities, ensuring safety, adherence to drawings and specifications, and timely project delivery.

Requirements include a 4-year engineering degree and 6+ years of facility construction experience, with strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

Formación

• 6+ years’ experience in similar facility construction.
• 1+ years’ experience supervising craft employees.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling cost control.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise craft employees assigned to the Electrical construction discipline work area.
• Plan and supervise work activities, determine construction methods, safety procedures, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedule.
• Coordinate work with other crafts, departments, and contractors.
• Maintain liaison with safety, engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure compliance with safety policies, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and safety issues; conduct field safety audits.
• Maintain communication with HR to resolve manpower requisitioning; ensure materials and inspections support craft activities and schedule.
