Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects across Reno and Las Vegas. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and proven ability to coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a project management role in construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong skills in PM, CM, budgeting, contracting, scheduling, planning, organizing, negotiating, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
