Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects in Reno, NV. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, lead teams, and manage budgets to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

You will mentor Junior PMs and collaborate with field leadership, owners, and designers to meet safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior project management staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, material deliveries, and project documentation.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, job cost projections, billings, and project forecasts.
• Promote compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
