Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in Reno and Las Vegas, from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management in construction, a strong understanding of electrical systems, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management.
