Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong skills in project management, construction management, budgeting, contract management, time management, planning & organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management.
