The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM within construction, strong leadership and stakeholder coordination, and a bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• The ability to lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience in coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• The ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong skills in project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation and risk management.

Responsibilities
