Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field; related experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally electrical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents including plans and specs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt under time pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication with all levels of staff, vendors, clients and management.
• Applied electrical experience via apprenticeship, college programs or relevant work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan from kickoff to completion and anticipate issues.
• Own the schedule, cash flow and budget for predictable outcomes.
• Own client relationships and foster high client satisfaction.
• Lead the project team, coach members, and coordinate reports.
• Ensure adherence to project processes and LEAN concepts.
• Forecast profit and loss under supervision and manage contract finances.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and scope changes with proper pricing.
