Job summary

LEED Electric, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in California to direct multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will lead a team of assistant PMs and engineers, manage client relationships, and participate in business development while reporting to the Division Manager. The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License required. OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, procedures and performance standards.
• Complete Job Information Sheet (JIS) and Project Budget.
• Accountable for overall profit and performance of the project.
• Supervise and provide direction to project management staff.
• Review drawings for questions or changes via RFI; review RFIs from vendors/subcontractors.
• Develop cost and billing projections and project Schedule of Values (SOV).
• Maintain liaison with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
• Identify project issues and implement corrective actions with Division Manager.
• Engage in business development.
