Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction) to lead multifaceted electrical projects with budgets over $10M. You will own financial performance, schedules, and change orders while guiding a team and coordinating with customers, vendors, and subs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years PM experience (or 3+ as Senior PM) in commercial electrical work, solid estimating ability, and strong leadership. A related Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Project Manager (or 3+ years as a Senior Project Manager) over commercial electrical work.
• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects over $10M.
• Experience preparing take-offs and estimates for change orders.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Financial Acumen: Full responsibility of the financials for the Project. Analyze costs, revenue, margins, and forecasts.
• Estimating and Change Orders: Prepare estimates, identify scope gaps, coordinate quotes, negotiate changes.
• Schedule: Align with GC schedules, use MSP/P6, manage WBS and deadlines.
• VDC and Preconstruction: Experience with 2D/3D modeling, prefabrication, Trimble Total Station.
• Leadership: Develop talent, manage customers, vendors, subs, and team.
• Collaboration: Communicate with peers across the company.
