Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects from kickoff through closeout on site in Florida. You will balance field involvement, client communication, scheduling, and financial management while driving project execution.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget for healthcare, education, or large commercial ventures.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of commercial electrical project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, codes, and project execution.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from turnover to closeout.
• Oversee a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower planning, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with field teams, GCs, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Visit jobsites regularly to stay ahead of issues and keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.

• Monitor project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction

• Procore experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
