Job summary

Leed Electric, Inc. in California seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects from pre-con to closeout, directing PMs and coordinators, and maintaining client relationships.

Requires 8–10 years in electrical construction PM, a related bachelor’s degree, CA driver’s license, OSHA 10 preferred. Travel may be required. Salary range $165k–$185k annually, exempt, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid California driver’s license; OSHA 10 certification preferred or obtainable.
• Salary range stated and exempt status; strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise project management staff, including PMs, APMs, engineers, and coordinators.
• Review drawings and RFIs; manage changes and change orders with vendors/subcontractors.
• Develop Schedule of Values and maintain progress logs and budgets.
• Maintain liaison with clients and A/E to facilitate activities and project progress.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedule adherence and budget control.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, costs, schedules, and related changes.
• Participate in business development and client relationship building.
• Travel to project sites or client meetings as required.
