Job summary

EC Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the project team and drive successful completion of complex electrical construction projects in Renton, WA. You will oversee planning, execution, and cost control while fostering a safe, quality-focused work environment and building long-term client relationships.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar projects, with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar industrial construction or advanced technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years of construction project experience; or 5 years as Electrical Foreman/General Foreman plus 10 years PM experience.
• Proven record of successful client relationships and marketing, preferred.
• Superb knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods, required.
• Experience managing 100k+ man-hours and heavy power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and ensure successful completion of assigned construction projects.
• Cultivate opportunities for future projects by delivering excellent customer service and safe work practices.
• Oversee planning, execution, cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly status reports and percentage complete updates.
• Coordinate on-site supervision and liaison with owners, contractors, and vendors.
• Cross-sell integrated company solutions and maintain project schedule within budget.
