Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects, directing a team of PMs and assistants to deliver on time and within budget. You will drive objectives, performance standards, and client relationships on behalf of Rosendin.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, change-order negotiation, and collaboration with clients, A/Es, and field leadership to ensure project success and client satisfaction across large-scale sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/SE or related field preferred.
• Proven mentoring and managing others.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction.

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise project managers and assistants.
• Negotiate change orders and track costs.
• Maintain logs to track progress.
• Coordinate with client and A/E to facilitate activities.
• Ensure on-schedule and within-budget construction.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contracts finances.
