Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Orlando to oversee commercial, industrial, and large-scale electrical construction from preconstruction through completion. You will work closely with clients, field teams, suppliers, and leadership to deliver complex projects.

The role emphasizes delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, while developing team members and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency and overall computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates, review project proposals, and establish schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead project execution to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate and manage field personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders across all phases.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met before, during, and after project completion.
• Manage project billing, collections, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and support field teams.
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and financial forecasting to senior leadership.
