First Point Group seeks an Electrical/MEP Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across multiple large-scale projects in the United States. This role oversees project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and development of PM teams, with emphasis on delivering complex electrical infrastructure successfully.

You'll mentor project managers, drive profitability, manage risks, and collaborate with preconstruction, operations, safety, and executive teams while pursuing

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and oversee significant revenue portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and delivering successful projects.

Mansioni

• Provide executive oversight of multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Executives.
• Drive project profitability, forecasting accuracy, and overall financial performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts and help secure future project opportunities.
• Review project schedules, procurement strategies, risk management plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Partner closely with preconstruction, operations, safety, and executive leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Manage contract negotiations, change order strategy, and claims avoidance efforts.
