Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value electrical projects from initiation through closeout.
• Experience with multi-phase projects, accelerated schedules, mission critical facilities, or large commercial construction.
• Strong financial acumen with accountability for project or portfolio P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, productivity, and margin optimization.
• Advanced understanding of contract administration, risk allocation, change management, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Proven success managing executive-level client relationships.
• Proficiency with PM platforms and MS Office Suite.
• OSHA 30 Certification required or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• Ability to travel to job sites and client locations as required.
• PMP certification strongly preferred or demonstrated progression toward certification.
• Industry-relevant certifications or professional development related to electrical construction, project delivery, leadership, or financial management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large, complex projects or programs, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams, including scheduling and resource planning.
• Serve as the primary executive-level client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Lead contract strategy, review, negotiation, and change order management, resolving complex issues.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost-control strategies to protect margins.
• Oversee procurement strategies for major equipment, subcontractors, and long-lead items.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers; develop talent across the organization.
• Coordinate with field operations, Engineering, BIM, and vendors for integrated execution.
• Identify and manage operational, financial, contractual, and scheduling risks.
