First Point Group seeks an Electrical/MEP Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across multiple large-scale projects in the United States. This role oversees project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and development of PM teams, with emphasis on delivering complex electrical infrastructure successfully.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and oversee significant revenue portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and delivering successful projects.

With a growing portfolio of mission critical, data center, industrial, healthcare, and advanced technology projects, they are seeking an experienced Electrical or MEP focussed Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across multiple large-scale projects and project teams.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing project execution, financial performance, client relationships, operational excellence, and the development of project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
