Talent Search Pro seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical design for complex MEP projects. You will coordinate across disciplines, guide design teams, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

The role emphasizes technical leadership and client interaction, with Texas PE license preferred. The position requires hands-on engineering, coordination across tiers of design professionals, and a focus on delivering compliant, well-coordinated electrical solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus minimum 6 years of work experience; 8–10 years preferred.
• Master's degree with 5+ years, or 7–9 years with a Master.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong communication with leadership and other departments.
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering analysis, calculations, and system design for diverse project types.
• Develop electrical plans, specifications, and cost estimates per project requirements.
• Collect, organize, and interpret project data to support design decisions.
• Coordinate electrical design with mechanical and other disciplines for integrated MEP solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables on small to moderately complex projects.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact and provide technical direction to designers.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure QA/QC and compliance with firm standards.
