Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across multiple large-scale electrical construction projects. The role oversees project execution, profitability, forecasting, risk management, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, leading reviews, and mentoring Project Managers.

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical subcontractor construction or related MEP experience.
Led large/complex electrical scopes ($30M–$70M+) on industrial projects.
Experience with cost-to-complete forecasting and recovery planning.
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for multiple concurrent electrical construction projects.
Review and manage overall project financial performance, forecasting, margins, and cost exposure.
Lead project review meetings and optimize resource allocations and change orders.
Mentor Project Managers and develop leadership capabilities across teams.
Maintain executive-level relationships with owners, GCs/CMs, and trade partners.
Ensure adherence to project controls, QA/QC, and safety programs.
