Summit Construction Advisors is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead a portfolio of complex commercial electrical construction projects while developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.

This executive role oversees multiple projects, ensuring financial success, strengthening client partnerships, and mentoring Project Managers to deliver results across every phase of construction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial electrical construction.
• Proven success managing multiple large-scale electrical construction projects and leading high-performing project teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive financial performance through forecasting, cost control, risk management, and operational planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key project stakeholders.
• Partner with operations and field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement strategy, change order negotiations, and project execution.
• Review project health, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to protect project performance.
• Support business development efforts by strengthening existing client relationships and contributing to future project opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing, resource planning, and operational strategy across multiple projects.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
