Job summary

Sargent & Lundy seeks an experienced Electrical Designer to lead the development of electrical plant design drawings within a 3D model environment, including raceway, supports, grounding, and cable management, using Plant 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.

You will mentor junior drafters, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables across projects in a hybrid work setting requiring in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Electrical, Map 3D, Navisworks Manage and Revit.
• 10+ years of detailed electrical plant design experience.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design coordination for 3D model development.
• Resolve clashes and ensure timely deliverables.
• Mentor less experienced drafters and designers.
• Guide other designers and project team members in the plant design process.
• Independently plan and execute electrical deliverables.
