Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects in Wisconsin. You will oversee installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems, mentor staff, read blueprints and ensure work meets NEC standards.

You will develop manpower schedules, prepare material lists, and troubleshoot electrical systems while maintaining safety and quality on site, with weekend/overtime as required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a small crew (Helpers, Apprentices, Journeyman).
• Strong reading of blueprints and schematics; understand contract docs.
• Effective communication with trades and supervision; safety focused.
• Ability to develop schedules and manage on-site manpower and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to high standards and within NEC guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Create material lists from layouts and area prints.
• Install and terminate electrical devices and conduit; read project specs.
• Read blueprints and schematics; lay out work from drawings; manage on-site plans.
• Troubleshoot lighting and power circuits and coordinate with other trades.
