Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Instructional Systems Designer to design, develop, and improve NATO education and training solutions. You will translate needs into measurable objectives and create engaging course structures, ISD-based content, and assessments.

You will collaborate with SMEs and clients, conduct evaluations, support QA, and facilitate instructor-led activities onsite, with occasional NATO travel. A security clearance and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an instructional systems designer.
• 3+ years of experience with e-Learning development.
• Experience communicating with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the instructional design process.
• Portfolio demonstrating contributions to at least three e-learning projects with sample storyboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve NATO education and training solutions.
• Translate learning needs into clear objectives and course structures.
• Create ISD-based content, storyboarded and rapid-development modules, activities, and assessments.
• Develop pre-, formative-, and summative assessments to measure learning progress.
• Provide ISD support and QA to NATO course providers and deliver instructor-led sessions.
