Job summary

Veolia is seeking an EI&C Engineer to lead the Instrumentation, Electrical, Controls and Programming design for water treatment projects. You will support production facilities, participate in factory acceptance tests, and assist through commissioning.

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and customers is essential. The role requires 5+ years in industrial control design, knowledge of UL/CEC standards, and strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant or related experience in industrial control system design.
• Experience with UL and CEC compliance.
• Passport and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and comment on engineering documents and specs.
• Design detailed electrical and control system drawings for water treatment facilities.
• Perform calculations and select instrumentation for water treatment.
• Lead FATs, CVTs, and checkouts with client interaction.
• Develop automation deliverables including test plans and network design.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and report risks.
