Job summary

Moove is seeking a senior EHS professional to lead health, safety, and environmental programs within the HSEQ team. You will develop and maintain policies, conduct audits, and drive training to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will investigate incidents, manage environmental reporting, and contribute to monthly performance reviews for regional leadership. A strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA and related regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in safety and/or environmental management roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental programs compliant with OSHA/EPA.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Manage permits, reporting, and regulatory filings for environmental compliance.
• Deliver safety training for employees, contractors, and new hires.
• Track training compliance and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Participate in Safety and Quality Committees and develop guidelines.
• Lean experience preferred.
