Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental programs. You will ensure OSHA, DOT, and DEQ compliance, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and deliver impactful training to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial safety, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across field and facility operations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training (CPR, First Aid, OSHA topics, HAZWOPER) to employees and contractors.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, DEQ, and other applicable regulations.
• Support and manage third-party safety registries (ISNetworld, Veriforce, PEC).
• Administer and track workers' compensation claims and safety metrics (TRIR, EMR).
• Participate in and lead safety committees and roundtables.
• Escort regulatory inspectors and facilitate audits (internal and external).
• Prepare and submit safety reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and a proactive safety culture.
