Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an EHS Specialist & Trainer to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs across the facility.

The role conducts training, performs inspections, analyzes hazards, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to promote a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or similar environments.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field (equivalent on-the-job experience may waive the degree).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training and developing training content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs in alignment with OSHA/EPA/local regulations.
• Deliver EHS training across topics (hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, ergonomics).
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations; support corrective actions.
