Job summary

Moove North America seeks an experienced EHS leader to drive health, safety, and environmental programs within the HSEQ team. You will develop, implement, and monitor policies to ensure regulatory compliance across sites.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong OSHA/EPA knowledge, auditing and investigations, and effective training program design. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular leadership reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of safety and/or environmental management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental policies, procedures, and programs per OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Manage permits, reporting requirements, and regulatory filings related to environmental compliance.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and new hires.
• Work with Training Manager to identify training needs and gaps.
• Participate in Safety and Quality Committees; track projects and guidelines.
• Track progress and compile EHS training performance reports for leadership monthly/quarterly.
• Lean experience preferred.
