Job summary

You will partner with site leadership to reduce environmental impact, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive continuous improvement across EHS metrics. The role requires 8-10 years of experience and a strong background in audits, permits, and ISO systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of EHS experience focusing on environmental compliance in industrial settings.
• Experience managing environmental permits and regulatory programs (air, water, waste).
• Knowledge of ISO 14001; familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
• Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Own environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regs.
• Maintain environmental permits, inspections, and agency interactions.
• Lead environmental audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor emissions, waste, energy, and water metrics; drive improvements.
• Support sustainability initiatives and ISO 14001/45001 systems.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate environmental requirements into daily work.
